In order to prepare as best as possible, I recommend keeping a few things in mind before your appointment.

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time to leave time to park, use the restroom, etc to ensure you receive your full service time. Kearny Mesa will have traffic around rush hour so plan accordingly!

• Location: We are located at Landmark Centre, on the second floor of the 4540 building. Parking is free.

• Your intake form was emailed to you upon booking- please complete this before you arrive for your appointment.

• Avoid wearing makeup, if possible. I will have micellar water available for you, if you need.

• Limit caffeine intake & big meals right before your appointment. 

• Body scan: take an intentional moment to ask yourself where you notice tension, muscle spasms, bloating, or stagnation. We can focus more on those specific areas.

• Remember, this is YOUR time. Do not be afraid to speak up if you want a change in pressure, additional pillows or bolsters, temperature change, or any other adjustments. You will not offend me :)
