FAQ
-
I see you have two lymphatic based massages. Which lymphatic treatment should I book?
If you are dealing with edema, inflammation, autoimmune symptoms, or prefer gentle pressure, then book the Lymphatic Flow. If you want deeper pressure & more of a focus on cellulite & muscular tension then book the Deep Sculpt Flow.
-
Do you do Post-Operative Lymphatic Massages?
No, at this time we do not offer post-op care. Typically, we recommend coming in at least 4 weeks after any major surgery, as long as your doctor approves.
-
Can I come in for a lymphatic massage while sick to speed up the process?
As nice as it would be to receive a massage while sick, we recommend you support yourself with at-home lymphatic exercises, like dry brushing, while you are still displaying symptoms. Once you are no longer contagious, we are happy to help you heal!
-
I have an injury & just want to focus on that. Which massage should I book?
If the injury is recent, we recommend you first be evaluated by a doctor. If you have been approved by your doctor for massage, we recommend you book the Radiate Flow. We can tailor the massage to spend all of our time on the specific areas that are affected by the injury, for more long term relief.
-
How does intraoral massage work?
Wearing gloves, we will massage inside the mouth, targeting the specific muscles that can cause TMJ, headaches, ear issues, broken teeth, sinus congestion, lymphatic bloat & much more. We will spend time on both sides as well as each individual side. This typically takes 15-20 minutes, depending on the case. During this technique you will be able to let your therapist know if you need a break, gentle or deep pressure, a sip of water, or any other accommodations you may need. This area can be sensitive for some & our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible for the best release.
-
Do you offer prenatal massage?
Yes! We gladly offer prenatal massage beginning in the second trimester, with clearance from your healthcare provider. Our sessions are tailored to support the unique needs of pregnancy, helping to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. If lying face down is no longer comfortable, we’ll use supportive pillows to position you safely and comfortably in a side-lying position. Our Radiate Flow can help you get centered.
-
Do you take insurance or superbill?
No, not at this time. Some health plans have an FSA/HSA card that can be used- speak with your provider for more information.
